Poorest service in BAR. Food and accopaniments are worst of worst. In life will not visit again. Waiters are unprofessional and demotivated. Altogether worst of worst. Even not expecting anything from there.

This is the worst hotel in this universe. You don’t even dream to book a room in this useless hotel. In the night, the staffs and security personnel’s are fully drunk. You will not get any service in this hotel and this useless people only need money. If you are thinking to enquire a room in this hotel, I suggest It is better to stay in the railway station or bus stand. You will get more security over there than this hotel. I had to waste 3500 rupees and in the middle of the night had to shift a other good hotel with my family just thinking the security/safety of my family. This this only for people for drinking other illegal activities.

One best thing is their bar. The sports bar...lots of sportsmen's photos and all..its a nice Ambience and we spend one day there. The front office staffs are so helpful and kind. The food was really good and rooms were fab!!

I have been here for a business meeting. Came on late night, still they have welcomed me with pleasure. Next day after the meeting...found the sports bar and I must say the ambience in there is really good. With the photos of Pele, Maradona, Messi, CR7....all are there. Also the staff were very friendly. Front office staff are the pillers of this Hotel. They are really cool people... My meeting in Palakkad is over. Don't know when I can visit here again.
